Mobile phone consumer’s complaints about widespread disruption

AT&T users in Louisville had taken to social media reporting the widespread mobile phone and internet attnetwork service failures.  Users bombarded the social media accounts of AT&T complaints about the said network failure.

The official of AT&T responded to many, “Some customers in the Souteast are experiencing issues, but we’re investigating and working toward a solution”.

Cathy Lewandowski AT&T spokeswoman has no idea the cause of the failure. “Some customers across parts of the Southeast are experiencing wireline and wireless service issues,” she wrote in an email. “We are investigating the cause and working as quickly as possible to restore service. We apologize for this inconvenience.”
