Samsung Note 7 one of the Leading Complaints by Chinese Consumer

Samsung phones were among the leading complaints by Chinese buyers in the third quarter of 2016, based to a report by China Consumer Association. About 29,720 complaints were against electronic merchandise and household devices, accounting for 33% of the total and eliciting the most complaints in the item sector, followed by apparel and shoes, daily commodities and food, based to the association. As a wave of exploding batteries raised alarms around the world last September, Samsung announced the recall of 2.5 million of its Galaxy Note 7 models. However, the South Korean electronics giant originally did not include China as part of the recall, saying Note 7offered in the country had a different battery manufacturer.
